Utility Website Agility Update – Autumn 2016
In the second issue of the UK Energy Industry Report published in April 2016 MyOffers Research conducted a study of how quick and easy it is to get a quote from each of the utility websites, i.e. how many hurdles do consumers have to jump to find out if they can save money on their energy costs.
This study proved to be one of the most insightful parts of the report and generated a lot of feedback. We have therefore decided to conduct a similar study to see how much more (or less) efficient utility websites have become since the last report.
